Bulgaria grants tax agency full access to crypto user data
- —Vote of 149-0 with 10 abstentions in the 240-seat parliament
- —Crypto firms must report names, addresses, tax residency and client numbers
- —They must also provide data on each transaction: amounts, volumes, fiat and crypto-to-crypto operations
- —The law transposes two EU directives with a deadline of December 31, 2025
