- —On Oct. 6 the central bank registered VTB, Sberbank, Voltaire, Atomyze and Cloud Infrastructure as depositories
Why it matters: The rules build out Russia's regulated crypto infrastructure, with depositories required to comply by Sept. 1, 2027.
