KuCoin to adjust tick size for certain spot trading pairs on October 26

- —Open orders are not canceled and fill at the old tick size
- —The new tick size is available via GET /api/v2/symbols
- —The old tick size can no longer be used after the update
Why it matters: Traders and API bots must update order parameters or their orders will fail under the new tick size.
