Arbitrum Foundation names Offchain Labs first member of Developer Guild
- —The Guild takes 2% of net protocol revenue from Arbitrum chains outside One and Nova, plus 3% of One's PGA and Sequencer Fast Feed proceeds
- —Program chains pay 10% of net revenue: 8 points to the DAO treasury and 2 to the Guild; more than 30 chains already contribute
- —Membership is by invitation and requires 12–18 months of production work, public code, identity checks and yearly updates
- —Stylus activations on Arbitrum One have been paused since Oct. 2; ArbOS 61 renewed active contracts until at least Aug. 20, 2027
Why it matters: Neither the Guild nor the 8% treasury share pays ARB holders directly — the token's documented role remains governance only.
