Fearless Wallet browser extension has been leaking private keys since February 2025

  • —Malicious code was inserted into the public source code on Feb. 19, 2025
  • —Affected extension versions are 3.0.1, 3.0.3, 3.0.4 and 3.0.5

  • —The code remains in installed versions and could be reactivated
Why it matters: Any keys used since February 2025 should be treated as compromised; changing passwords won't help, so users must move funds to a new wallet.
