THORChain sets v3.21 upgrade to restart Rujira after exploit

  • —Upgrade v3.21 activates at block 28,366,100 around Oct. 23
  • —The release patches the flaw exploited in the attack
  • —Rujira will seek a conditional 24-hour liquidation grace period
Why it matters: A clean upgrade decides whether Rujira can restart without a wave of forced liquidations.
