Three conditions needed for Bitcoin's rally to continue: ETF inflows, spot demand, accumulation
- —Bitcoin open interest fell below its 365-day moving average for the second time since Aug. 25
- —Spot BTC ETFs saw $228.4 million and $678.9 million in net outflows over two consecutive weeks
- —Despite outflows, ETFs still added 15,400 BTC net over the past 30 days
- —Circle rose 2.76%, Coinbase 1.75% and Strategy 1.71% in Oct. 19 premarket trading
Why it matters: Without renewed ETF inflows and a rebound in spot demand, Bitcoin's recovery is likely to remain fragile despite strength in crypto equities.
