Fake Shiba Inu Airdrop Exposed as Wallet Drainer
- —Mazrael said no such SHIB airdrop exists and the links are a drainer
- —Scammers are flooding timelines with posts linking to a fake site instead of Shib.io
- —Signing the approval request can grant drainer contracts access to wallet funds
- —Users are urged to verify official project channels before clicking shared links
Why it matters: Drainers steal assets through malicious transaction approvals, so SHIB holders should avoid such links and report the accounts behind them.
