Crypto platform Cascade announces self-liquidation

Cascade, formerly Perennial, is shutting down after five years. Clients must withdraw funds themselves through the Equilibria portal. In 2025 the platform raised $15 million from Polychain Capital, Variant and Coinbase Ventures. A July hack of $1.3 million in USDC worsened the situation.
